Amazon Alexa Devices Suffer A Major Outage Across Europe

On Thursday Digital Trends reported that Amazon Alexa users in Europe experienced a near total service outage on Wednesday, September 26. The Verge said that Alexas in Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and other parts of Europe stopped responding for around 6 hours. While the Alexas were struggling to connect, the devices displayed a red ring and would respond to questions by saying it was having trouble understanding.
