Supreme Court has given a big decision on tainted leaders. The Supreme Court has directed the Parliament to make a strict law on this. Saying the verdict, the court said that action on public representatives can not be taken on the basis of chargesheet. Chargesheet is not enough to stop elections.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दागी नेताओं पर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस पर संसद को सख्त कानून बनाने का निर्देश दिया है । फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कोर्ट ने कहा है कि चार्जशीट के आधार पर जनप्रतिनिधियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की जा सकती है. चुनाव लड़ने से रोकने के लिए सिर्फ चार्जशीट ही काफी नहीं है.
