Hongkongers woke to assess the damage on Monday, September 17, after Typhoon Mangkhut wreaked havoc in the city.These videos show the damage to buildings in Shek O village.Mangkhut, reported to be the biggest storm in the world so far in 2018, hit Hong Kong and southern China on Sunday afternoon, after leaving a trail of destruction in the Philippines.The Hong Kong Observatory issued a typhoon warning signal number ten on Sunday, but subsequently downgraded this to signal three as the winds settled on Monday.
