Storm Florence: Flooding fears surge in North Carolina as rivers rise

Meanwhile over in the U.S., officials in North Carolina are warning that the worst from Storm Florence is far from over.
It has already drenched the state with catastrophic flooding, cutting off the city of Wilmington.
Tens of thousands of homes have been damaged or destroyed and at least 18 people are said to have died.
Despite being weakened to a tropical depression by Sunday, Florence was forecast to drop another 13 to 25 centimeters of rain.
Fresh evacuations were ordered further inland as rivers crested and spilled out of their banks.
Florence is slowly moving west, but is expected to turn north to Ohio over the next day or two.
