விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி | சந்திரனுக்கு பாடம் கற்பித்த கணேசன்`

வளர்பிறை சதுர்த்தி நாளான நான்காம் நாளில் வானத்தில் பிறைச்சந்திரனைப் பார்க்கக் கூடாது என்று சொல்வார்கள். அப்படி பார்த்தால் அந்த மாதம் முழுவதும் நாய் படாத பாடுதான் என்றும் எச்சரிப்பார்கள். இதற்கு ஒரு கதையே உள்ளது.
