Flood advisory warnings were issued for much of central Texas on September 9 as Hurricane Florence, which could potentially make landfall as a Category 4 hurricane, tracked towards the East Coast.

This video, filmed in Georgetown, Texas at around 7 pm, shows San Gabriel Park completely flooded.

The National Weather Service announced flood warnings in Austin, San Marcos, La Grange and a number of neighboring cities. Further north in Fort Worth, an 18-year-old woman and her two-year-old daughter died on Saturday morning when their vehicle was swept into a culvert.

More rain is expected over the next few days as Hurricane Florence
