Hurricane Florence Expected to Bring 'Catastrophic Flooding' to Carolinas

By Wednesday morning, Hurricane Florence showed no signs of letting up in its path to the East Coast. According to the National Hurricane Center, forecasters expect the storm to continue building power through Wednesday night.
