In a big move, Supreme Court has allowed Tamil Nadu Government to take decision on Rajiv Gandhi's killers and recommend the Governor for his decision. A plea has been pending before Governor which was submitted by Rajiv Convicts. The Centre has maintained that CBI has probed the matter and hence decision for mercy should not be taken without Centre's nod.
