Semi-truck scorched by fire burning dangerously close to Shasta County interstate

A new fire burning in Lakehead, Shasta County shut down a busy interstate after a semi-truck was severely burned by flames on September 5.
The rapid spread of the blaze, dubbed the Delta Fire, forced truck drivers on Interstate 5 to abandon their vehicles on the road. This video, filmed by Elizabeth Zelidon, shows a semi-truck parked to the side of the interstate, just south of the La Moine exit.
According to local media, the fire was reported just before 1 pm and attended to by over 600 personnel.
As of Wednesday night, the fire stood at around 2000 acres with no containment.
