Tropical Storm Caused 9 Percent Drop For Oil And Gas Output

According to Reuters, Tropical Storm Gordon is responsible for a 9-percent drop in crude oil and natural gas production in the Gulf region.
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement released a report indicating that the storm led to a 9.36-percent reduction in crude oil output alone.
The agency added that a total of 159,085 barrels were cut from daily production, while 266 million cubic feet of natural gas output was cut.
