Japan Pounded By Typhoon
Typhoon Jebi made landfall in Japan on Tuesday, bringing strong winds and heavy rain. The country's weather service said it is the strongest typhoon to hit Japan in 25 years. The winds are so strong that they pushed a 292-ft-long tanker ship from its anchored position at sea into a bridge near Osaka. Japan has issued evacuation advisories for more than one million people, while hundreds of flights have been canceled.
