Justice B.N. SriKrishna who is currently investigating the allegations against Kochhar is also going to look into property dealings by the Kochhar family. Srikrishna will examine whether Kochhar family acquired properties at lower or concessional rate. Whistle blower alleges that Kochhar was on the banks credit committee that sanctioned 3,250 cr loan to Videocon in 2012.
