Prince Harry Briefly Auditions for Hamilton Role After Gala Performance

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended a gala performance of Hamilton in London on August 29, and the musical’s creator Lin Manuel Miranda was also there to witness the Prince’s reaction to the onstage depiction of his ancestor King George III.Miranda spoke briefly to the audience before handing things over to the Duke of Sussex, who caused the room to burst into laughter when he began to sing the opening line of King George III’s number from the musical, You’ll Be Back.Prince Harry thanked the cast and crew for their performance, as well as the audience for attending the night which was in aid of Sentebale, a charity founded by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho which helps people and children affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana.
