Rival parties were unable to agree on key bills related to deregulation... that they were set to vote on in today's full session.
The bills concern protecting tenants in commercial buildings... and promoting business deregulation.
But the floor leaders of the three negotiating blocs said they need more discussion in the relevant committees.
They promised, though, that they will do their utmost to reach a deal as soon as possible.
During the plenary session, over 30 other bills were passed including one to designate the recent heatwave as a natural disaster, which will free up resources to help with recovery,... and a bill revising rules on fair competition.
The leftover bills will be handed over to the September provisional session which starts next Monday.
