Firefighters Arrive at Night Market After Deadly Bombing in Isulan, Philippines

At least two people were killed and dozens more injured after a bomb exploded at a street festival in the southern Philippines on Tuesday, August 28.This video shows a firefighter dressed in a bomb disposal protection suit on Sen. Ninoy Aquino Avenue, in the town of Isulan, in Mindanao. The bombing happened at a night market in the town, which was celebrating the 61st anniversary of its founding.The attack, which was claimed by the Islamic State group, was the second in the region within one month, Channel NewsAsia reported. For several decades, Islamist militants have been fighting an insurgency in the Catholic-majority archipelago, the report said.The latest attack killed two people and injured 35 others, Filipino news site Brigada reported.
