Thundershowers brought flash floods to the streets of Hong Kong’s northern New Territories on August 29 as a red rainstorm warning signal, the second highest in the city, was issued.This footage shows a glimpse of the flooding in Yuen Long.According to the South China Morning Post, other regions of the New Territories such as Tai Po, Sheung Shui and Kam Tin also experienced severe flooding.Elsewhere in Hong Kong, a waterspout formed by the harsh weather was spotted near the Ting Kau bridge.
