Passenger angry after two suitcases are damaged in aircraft's hold

A flight passenger was furious to find her suitcases damaged with some of her belongings missing on August 6 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City, Philippines. Yamaguchi Ruschell from Japan had been flying to the Philippines for a summer vacation with her husband on August 6. She said: ''We had six luggages in total. These two came out of the conveyor last. What's more infuriating is that these contain the most valuables. ''I am devstated that my suitcases are damaged.'' Yamaguchi said that two of her six cases were damaged and the zips were open, with some of the possessions having fallen out.
