Top court's 'comfort women' decision ranked as 'most meaningful': Survey

Korea's Constitutional Court celebrated its 30th anniversary on Sunday.
It's the body that has ultimate say on whether the actions of the government are constitutional.
And for the occasion, it comissioned an online poll asking South Koreans what they think is the most meaningful decision the Court ever made.
Twenty-four percent chose a ruling from 2011 on the so-called "comfort women" issue.
In that decision, the court said the Korean government's failure to use diplomatic means to resolve the issue of Japan's sexual enslavement of Korean women during World War Two was unconstitutional.
The second-most meaningful decision, respondents said, was the impeachment of two former presidents -- Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye.
And third was the court's ruling against having an upper age limit on who can take the civil service exam.
