Summer holidaymakers played cricket for the first time along a Cornwall Sand Bar following a low tide.

The four hour cricket match was watched by 100 onlookers in the Camel Estuary, Padstow yesterday afternoon.

The idyllic sandbar is overlooked by former Prime Minster David Cameron’s £2million holiday home in Trebetherick, and Gordon Ramsey’s £4million house in Rock.
