North Las Vegas police volunteers are trained to be the eyes and ears of the Police Department. Volunteers help police with non-confrontational duties like traffic control and finding safety hazards. But two volunteers used their training differently last month. Volunteers David Rojas and Tony Miles helped police identify an arson suspect from an RV fire near the 215 Beltway and Aliante Parkway.
