Amy and Rhys take us through a 20 minute kettlebell workout routine for all levels of ability. Amy demonstrates modified versions of each workout so even beginners with no experience using kettlebells can follow along! This workout consists of the squats, russian twists, push-presses, bent-over rows, forward lunges, deadlifts, sit-up to press-ups, triceps presses, kneeling halos, and kettlebell swings.
