BritAsia TV caught up with British Asian producer Dr Zeus, Singer and Songwriter Raja Kumari and upcoming Punjabi singer Badal.
We spoke to them about their latest track collaboration, 'Vamos', and much more.
Dr Zeus is a British Asian singer and music producer, a massive name in the Punjabi Bhangra scene worldwide. Rising to fame with hit tune ‘Kangna’ in 2003, he continued to see success with ‘Jugni Ji’ with singer Kanika Kapoor and ‘Zulfa’ with Jaz Dhami. His music has been popular in Bollywood, with ‘Baby Doll’ in 2014 and ‘Lovely’ from film ‘Happy New Year’ (2014) starring Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan. Composing and singing with Zora Randhawa, Fateh DOE on tracks like ‘Inch’ and ‘Gora Gora Rang’, he recently went on to collaborate with Snoop Dogg, Zora and actress Nargis Fakhri on ‘Woofer’.
Raja Kumari is an Indian American songwriter, rapper and recording artist who has collaborated with notable artists Gwen Stefani, Iggy Azalea, Fifth Harmony and Fall Out Boy.
