Instead of having a shadow cabinet, Opposition leader Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi on Tuesday said Barisan Nasional and PAS MPs will be allocated portfolios to focus on specific subjects to be raised in the Dewan Rakyat.
