Five people were killed after a small aircraft crashed by a shopping plaza in Santa Ana, California, on Sunday, August 5.The Los Angeles Times reported that the Cessna aircraft crashed into the parking lot outside a Staples store near Santa Ana’s South Coast Plaza.The deceased were named as Los Angeles resident Navid Hakimi, 32, and Bay Area residents Scott Shepherd, 53; Lara Shepherd, 42; Floria Hakimi, 62; and Nasim Ghanadan, 29, ABC7 reported.This footage shows bystanders watching members of a local rescue team go through the wreckage.
