Ipchu, beginning of autumn, but still hot _ 080718

Good morning, Today is Ipchu, which according to the lunar calendar, means the beginning of autumn.
Early morning commuters probably noticed two things this morning. A darker morning and many didn't need to turn the AC on,.. on their ride to work. So can we expect some relief from the heat today? Not really...
But there is rain in the forecast for many inland regions, Seoul will see showers from mid-afternoon into the evening hours so you will need an umbrella for your evening commute.

For a closer look at today's temperatures, Seoul had a low of 28 degrees Celsius while Gyeongju is waking up to breezier morning at 24 degrees.

Daily highs in Seoul will be as high as yesterday getting up to 35 degrees Celsius, Gwangju at 36 degrees with showers expected later in the day.

Temperatures will still be hovering at around 35 degrees Celsius here in the capital for another 10 days or so.
