Police investigate after 15-year-old boy stabbed

Police officers set up a crime scene cordon after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed outside his home on Knapp Road in Tower Hamlets district, London.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service on Friday, August 3, to Knapp Road, following reports of an assault.

Officers attended and found a 15-year-old boy suffering from a stab injury. He was taken to an east London hospital where he remains in a stable condition. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The road remained under a large cordon the following day as forensic officers searched the area for evidence relating to the attack.
