Papa John's Founder Sues His Own
Pizza Chain Founder and former Papa John's CEO John Schnatter has filed a lawsuit against
the company. In his filing, Schnatter says the company has not provided an adequate response to past requests for internal documents. Schnatter and his attorneys previously asked for document access to inspect
accusations of
inappropriate behavior. The lawsuit is the latest installation in weeks-long drama surrounding the
pizza chain. Schnatter recently resigned as the chairman of Papa John's amid reports he used racial slurs during a
board meeting. Since then, he has admitted to regretting the decision.
