A gunman has killed a 10-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman in Toronto after opening fire on a busy street in Canada's largest city.
Just over a dozen others are said to have been injured in Sunday's rampage along Danforth Avenue.
After an exchange of gunfire with police, the 29-year-old suspect, identified as Faisal Hussain, was later found dead.
It's unclear if he was killed by police or if he took his own life.
Investigators are trying to determine what sparked the attack.
His family said in a statement late on Monday that he was suffering from severe mental illness.
However police said they are also considering terrorism as a possible motive.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed his condolences in a tweet, while Toronto Mayor John Tory condemned what he called the despicable attack.
South Korea's Foreign Ministry said no Korean nationals were among in the injured.
