Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
6 slices of white bread
2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
½ cup green peas
1 tbsp cashew paste
1 green chilli (finely-chopped)
1 inch ginger (minced)
6 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely-chopped)
2 cups oil
2 tbsp ketchup, or any other sauce

Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic and green chillies
2. Add the green peas and saute for about 1 minute
3. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix well
4. Now add cashew paste and cook it through the mixture, mixing it well
5. Add the mashed potatoes and mix
6. Sprinkle in garam masala, cumin powder and salt, mix well
7. Mix in the coriander leaves and remove from heat, set aside
8. Cut the edges of each slice of bread
9. Dip the bread into a shallow plate of water on both sides and remove it immediately
10. Squeeze out the excess water
11. Put some of the filling onto the damp bread and then close the corners together to enclose the filling 12. Roll it in your hands until a nice bread roll is formed
13. Heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread rolls until golden brown
14.Serve hot with ketchup or any other sauce or Chutney
