President Donald Trump read from a typed script on Tuesday to retract his statements about Russia.
Business Insider reports that Trump also held a handwritten note saying "THERE WAS NO COLUSION."
The president held a joint press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday.
He said at the time that he believed that Russia did not interfere with the 2016 US election.
Trump said Tuesday he misspoke and that he does believe US intelligence committees.
