Waterspout Spotted Near Alabama Coast for Second Day in a Row

Waterspouts were spotted for a second consecutive day off the coast of Fort Morgan, Alabama, on Tuesday, July 17. A marine warning had been issued due to storms in the area.A threat for waterspouts would remain throughout the day, the National Weather Service said.
