Although precipitation has stopped in the southwestern regions, heavy downpour will now concentrate in the northern areas tonight,...as a monsoonal front is taking its course up north. Until tomorrow, the capital and the west of Gangwon-do Province can expect precipitation between 20 and 60 millimeters of rain, while some northern regions might receive even up to 100 millimeters of rain.
The showers will clear after midnight for most parts, however the central region and Gangwon-do province will have to endure the rainy conditions until tomorrow afternoon. As the rain clears, a hot and humid North Pacific high pressure will expand across the country, so you can expect steamy conditions.
Seoul will start the day at 22 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gyeongju begin at 20.
