Delegations from Seoul and Pyongyang will sit down for talks today to discuss cooperation on North Korea's forestation.
The talks will begin at 10AM, Korea time -- three hours from now -- at the Peace House located on the South Korean side of the border village of Panmunjom.
South Korea's three-member delegation is led by the Vice Minister of the South Korean Forest Service, Ryu Kwang-soo.
North Korea's three-member delegation is led by Kim Song-jun, a senior official at the North's ministry of environmental protection.
It's expected the two delegations will first discuss holding joint studies on North Korean forests, degraded by over-logging and farming.
The South Korean delegation will leave Seoul's Office of Inter-Korean Dialogue soon.
