A man who was filmed firing shots during an apparent road rage incident in Houston, Texas, on June 11, defended his actions as self defense, ABC 13 reported.Footage posted to Facebook shows the man, identified by ABC 13 as John Onyeri, a security guard, in confrontation with the driver of a red truck. He is seen firing shots as the driver attempts to leave the scene.In an interview with ABC 13, the man said the incident began when the red truck hit him from behind and escalated when he tried to reach inside the truck for the driver’s insurance papers.KHOU reported that Houston police were investigating the incident.
