Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton on Tuesday again showed Twitter how it’s done, responding with kindness to a troll who compared her to the freckled, big-eared puppet Howdy Doody.

Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton on Tuesday again showed Twitter how it's done, responding with kindness to a troll who compared her to the freckled, big-eared puppet Howdy Doody. The user, Richard Rothchild, tweeted an image with Howdy's face placed over Clinton's. It carried the caption, "Chelsea Clinton Opens Up About Donald Trump." "Thanks to Richard & all the people on @Twitter who've compared me to Howdy Doody, I now know a bit about him, including that he stood up to bullies & believed in being kind to animals," Clinton replied. "I'm always happy to be on the side of allyship & kindness. Thanks again!"  Richard wasn't the only Twitter attacker Clinton fended off that day.  In response to the tweet, "I agree, you look nothing like Howdy Doody. Your spot on twin for donkey though," the former first daughter wrote, "Hi DeplorableDays! I adore donkeys. They're fierce, strong & determined. Thank you for the compliment. Have a great night!"
