Nuria and josé miguel, owners of nozomi sushi bar (2015), embark on this new adventure going deeper into japanese cuisine, reproducing a tavern based on tokyo's most straitjacket yakitori. It will be an experience solely focused on the "Japanese skewers" and a selection of sakes and japanese drinks that will accompany them. Hikari means light, but it also alludes to something that will be beautiful, radiant, bright and vibrant, intimately related all with fire.
