Flash Floods Hit Savigny-sur-Orge in Northern France

Heavy rain in northern parts of Essonne, France, caused flash flooding in the commune of Savigny-sur-Orge on Sunday, June 10.Roads were submerged following the downpour. On the A6 motorway, some motorists were forced to abandon their cars because of rising floodwaters, Le Parisien reported.This video shows flooded Rue des Rossays in Savigny-sur-Orge.
