"Each Year, hundreds of African Children are abducted and brought to the United States. Children taken from Ethiopia, Uganda etc.
Kids were told they are going to America for Educational exchange Programs, but once they reach the USA, they found out that they were "ADOPTED".
Children were stopped from even speaking their native African Languages and all their African names changed.
African Parents who do not speak English are forced to rely on the attorney to explain the contract.
Evangelical adoption organizations use local African Lawyers and governments to deceive African parents.-"Evangelical Churches urge their members to adopt African kids in large numbers. -"The Evangelical Movements's Adoption Obsession"-May/June 2013
These groups use tactics such as forcing parental death certificates, and lying about a child's age. They sometimes kidnap kids from orphanages by force.
Many are only orphans by Western standards but are being cared for by their community.
Their parents want them back. One of them said : "Even in our poverty, we would have taken care of our child instead of just losing them like that. "
Why does this happen?
