BJP President to meet Uddhav Thackeray after parties fought each other in phalgar

Days after the BJP & Shiv Sena fought the Phalgar elections separately – BJP President Amit Shah is all set to meet Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thackeray. The meeting gains significance as the ties between the two allies hit a new low in the last few weeks with the Sena Supremo calling the BJP murderous and even writing in the party mouthpiece Samna that he wants to hit ‘UP CM with chappals’. Shah is expected to meet the Sena Chief at his residence this evening as a part of his ‘sampark for samarthan’ campaign but the agenda seems to be ensuring the Sena stays with the NDA in the elections.
