There was drama on San Fernando Street, San Fernando on Tuesday afternoon after two police officers attempted to detain a man. The man was able to wriggle free of his shirt and bolt down the street. The police caught up with him, and attempted to arrest him again. The man was able to slip away again. He has not been found since.
