HUNDREDS of people waited outside the San Fernando High Court on Thursday as hearings for the annual renewal of licences were conducted.The process was held at the San Fernando First Criminal Court. Officials directed applicants as more than 500 matters were called. Most applicants arrived for 8 a.m. Those from the last group were called around 11 a.m. Business people told the Express there needed to be changes to this system.
