Child Cheats Death As Joyrider Plough Into Caravan

Police helicopters are hunting for a group of joyriders whose car ploughed across a pavement and into a caravan. It's believed a young child on her way to school this morning narrowly missed being hit by the stolen motor. The jeep swerved off the road in the into a garden and smashed into a parked caravan. Locals have posted on social media saying that a young schoolgirl narrowly avoided being hit in the massive collision. The yobs inside the vehicle - said to be as young as 14 - then fled the scene, leaving the engine running. The crash happened in Drylaw area of Edinburgh just after 8am today (Wed).
