Is this the World's smallest Chihuahua?

Meet the UK's smallest dog - a fully-grown Chihuahua named Bibity Bobity Boo which stands at less than THREE INCHES high. The tiny pooch weighs less than a bag of sugar and her size astonishes owners Ron and Susan Lingham, who don't believe they've even seen a dog so small. Retired teacher Ron, 67, said: "She's so tiny, she just buries herself in my arms. "I think she uses it to her advantage because it means she gets lots of kisses and cuddles. "I look into her eyes and tell her she is a little gift sent from heaven." It's believed Bibity Bobity Boo, who goes by names Boo, Bibi and Bobbykins, has undertaken the dog previously crowned the UK's smallest dog.
