Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for the latest updates. Michelle, it felt like the middle of summer today,... but it's going to be hotter tomorrow?
That's right Daniel, tomorrow is expected to be the hottest day this year so far. The daytime temperatures in the capital will reach into the thirties, with an alert in effect for high UV rays. But we're lucky compared to Beijing because over there, it'll top 36 degrees tomorrow.
The fine dust levels are expected to go up again tomorrow. The dust will fade away in the morning down south, but in the capital,... it's expected to stay bad the whole day.
Tomorrow morning, Seoul will wake up to 18 degrees Celsius. Daegu and Gyeongju are also warm but cooler at 15 and 13 degrees.
In our sunny afternoon,... Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu and Gwangju reach into the thirties,... while Jeju is comparably lower at 24 degrees.
Until the middle of next week, there is no rain in the forecast,... but temperatures will be higher than the seasonal average.
