Trump Gets Blasted By China As Trade War Escalates

President Donald Trump announced tariffs on $50 billion worth of Chinese goods are going forward. The Chinese government has urged President Donald Trump to come back to the negotiating table. Earlier this month the U.S. and China had reached a trade agreement and tariffs were on hold. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce issued a statement on Tuesday about the tariffs being imposed. The statement said China was "surprised...but, at the same time, it is somewhat expected.
