3 Ingredients Sponge cake

Hi guys, I am sharing with you all My easy and just 3 ingredients sponge cake. \r
You can personalize this sponge cake. Like for covering fondant.\r
For those who just like to eat just the way it is. Add less of flour, instead of 150 grams. Add 120-130 grams only. \r

The Ingredients:\r
20 cm baking pan\r
150 grams sifted All-purpose flour\r
150 grams caster sugar 4 medium eggs at room temperature\r
add some any flavouring\r

Bake for 20-25 mins\r
Preheated oven 170° C\r
TIPS:\r
\r
* always toothpick test or skewer \r
*Dont over bake\r
*Add 5 mins if still wet and pull out from the oven.\r
