HOW TO:\r
Tap the middle finger between the eyebrows Forefinger to gently press the eye.\r
Roll the eyes upward , the eye muscles move up and down rhythmically.\r
Squint  and open eyes repeat 10 times\r
Hold in the squint and I close the eyes tightly \r
Stiff hips tightly and count 1 to 40.\r
