Try to Not Be Mesmerized by This Dot Portrait According to Reuters the picture was drawn my French artist, David Bayo, using more than 3 million black ink dots. The picture, which took over 300 hours, is meant to explore the theme of Ancient Greece. Reuters reports that in order to create the image, Bayo used the “stippling technique” using small black dots and a technical pen.
