We would have made this state a paradise, says Yeddyurappa while resigning as the CM of Karnataka
  • 6 years ago
BS Yeddyurappa resigned as chief minister of Karnataka ahead of a floor test in the assembly ordered by the Supreme Court. In a speech before resigning, Yeddyurappa said that the mandate was not for the Congress and the JD (S), and that the BJP was invited to form the government because it emerged as the single largest party. Congress and the JD(S) with a combined majority in the assembly, will now form the government with HD Kumaraswamy as the chief minister.
