President Moon Jae-in has vowed to crack down on sex crimes.
According to a statement from the Blue House, in a meeting with his top aides on Monday, the South Korean President called for stern punishments for crimes involving hidden cameras, dating abuse, and domestic violence.
He said the nation needs a change is needed in how the authorities and the public view and handle such crimes,... saying they are absolutely unacceptable and have no place in modern society.
President Moon's remarks come in the wake of a recent scandal... in which a female model illegally posted photos online of her male colleague posing nude at a local university art class, prompting a police investigation.
